The estimated January/February 2027 arrival timeframe is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change due to production, freight, customs, weather, or other delays beyond K&K Primitives' control.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless using an approved payment plan.
All preorder sales are final.
Cancellations after an order has been placed may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If an item is canceled by the manufacturer or becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued for that item.
Preorder items and in-stock items may ship separately depending on arrival dates.
