At K&K Primitives, we take pride in offering one-of-a-kind primitive and country home dĆ©cor with a personal touch. We're a small, family-run business (with a toddler in tow!), so thank you for shopping small and supporting us! Below you'll find our shop policiesābecause good communication makes happy customers!

⨠Pre-Orders: Claim It Before Itās Here!
From time to time, we open up pre-orders so you can snag your favorites before they officially arrive. When your pre-order item lands in our hands, itāll be packed up and on its way to you quickly. Youāll get tracking info emailed straight to your inbox!
š Note: Estimated delivery times are listed with each item and may shift slightly due to delays from our companies. Weāll keep you posted through email and Facebook if anything changes.
š¬ Order Processing & Shipping Times
- We do our best to ship in-stock items withinĀ 24ā48 hours (72 max if life gets chaoticābut weāll always let you know!).
- Orders are processedĀ Monday through Friday⦠and, letās be honest, probably on weekends too.
- Pre-orders and custom items will take longer and will have turnaround times noted on their listings.
- Once your order ships, youāll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it home.
š Shipping Rates & Delivery Info
- Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. We mostly ship USPS Ground Advantage.
-Ā At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. If you're outside the country, reach outāwe might be able to work something out!
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and shipping method.
- š¦ Reminder: Once your order leaves us, delivery delays caused by the carrier are out of our handsābut weāll help you track it down if needed!

š Return & Refund Policy ā K&K Primitives LLC
We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isnāt quite right, hereās how we handle returns:
šļø Return Eligibility
- All returns must beĀ requested and approved within 15 days of purchase.
- Email us atĀ kkprimitives@comcast.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll send next steps.
- Items must beĀ unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
šø If something was damaged in transit, snap a few photos of the box and item(s) and send them our way so we can file a claim with USPS.

šø Refunds & Exchanges
- If your orderĀ hasnāt shipped (excluding pre-orders!), weāre happy to issue a refund. Please note: payment processing fees are non-refundableāthese are what we're charged by the processors.
- If your orderĀ has shipped, weāll issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) once we receive your return in its original condition.
- Refunds will go back to yourĀ original payment method within 5ā7 business days of receiving the item.
- Got a damaged or wrong item? Email usĀ within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Pre-orders help us plan smarter and keep inventory flowing so everyone gets a fair shot at our limited and seasonal goodies.
š Whatās a Pre-Order?
- A pre-order reserves an item before it arrives at K&K Primitives.
- Youāre charged at checkout, and the item ships as soon as it hits our shelves.
- Each listing includes anĀ estimated delivery window, but rememberāstuff happens! Wholesale delays (hello, tariffs!) may push things back. Weāll keep you in the loop.
š¦ Mixing In-Stock + Pre-Order Items?
If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, weāll likely hold the order until everything arrives to ship it all at once.
ā”ļø Want your in-stock items sooner? Just place separate orders OR shoot us an email and weāll work out adjusted shipping options!

š Changes & Cancellations
- You can cancel or change a pre-orderĀ within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, itās locked ināwe start placing orders based on customer commitments, so we canāt make changes past that window.
